All local sources of Joris Zout have run dry and my technophobic partner, bless her heart, was able to buy me a birthday supply thanks to the incredibly helpful people at Liquorice Heaven. I’m a vegetarian who adores hard salty liquorice. Joris Zout absolutely hits the spot and is actually vegan. I’ve never come across any other liquorice to better it.

I have been a life-long fan of licorice comfits and consider myself an expert. Taveners are excellent, coating not so hard to break teeth, not so soft they crumble to dust. Nice strong licorice flavour inside. It's a yes from me
